Cohen & Cohen Law, LLC is a growing multi-state collection law firm. We are a high volume, plaintiff side, civil contingency firm seeking a motivated and dependable attorney. Experience in civil litigation or Creditors Rights is a plus. We practice in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Experience in any of those states is a plus.
Description:
Managing a high volume caseload
Attend regular court appearances
Issuance of subpoenas
Post judgment enforcement
Litigating cases
High volume settlements
Reviewing pleadings and other legal documents
Requirements:
Admitted attorney with at least two years of experience
Independent worker
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Must be able to manage a caseload from start to finish
Creditor’s rights experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
