DNL ZITO is a small firm, eight attorneys, located in Potomac, MD, and engaged in US Federal Court Litigation. We practice in numerous jurisdictions throughout the United States in high stakes corporate and intellectual property litigation. We are a growing and expanding practice.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site, entry level role for a Litigation Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, investigation, research, evidence collection and preparation, document review, legal research, docketing, pleadings, filings, organization, client contact and other litigation related activities.
Qualifications
No prior experience necessary, recent graduates encouraged
Paralegal certificate, Associate’s degree in paralegal studies or related field or training a plus
Some experience with Legal Document Review or Preparation not required but helpful
Some experience with Rules of Procedure not required, but helpful
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in office software, Word Perfect a plus
