Litigation Secretary needed for a Senior Partner working in Insurance Defense in a Las Vegas Law Firm. This position is available now and you can start immediately. This is a Temporary position that could go Permanent.
Requirements:
5-10 years of Litigation Secretary experience
Prefer you have Insurance Defense experience
Be able to transcribe from tapes
Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
E-filing experience and knowledge
Organized, detail oriented and great proofreading skills
Be proactive
Duties:
Transcription
E-filing
Typing of pleadings and correspondence
Keep the files organized and up to date
Calendaring
Scheduling Depositions, Hearings, Mediations, Arbitrations, Meetings, Court Dates, etc.
