Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Intake Specialist to handle a high volume of calls from individuals seeking legal services. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a crucial role in guiding them through the process of acquiring the legal assistance they need.
Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls from individuals across multiple states who need legal services.
Gather detailed information from callers to understand their legal needs.
Provide accurate and helpful information about our services and match clients with the right attorney.
Enter and manage client information in our database with high accuracy.
Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor while handling sensitive information.
Work closely with the legal team to ensure smooth transitions from intake to case assignment.
Follow up with potential clients to ensure they receive the assistance they need.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or legal intake role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A compassionate and patient attitude towards individuals seeking help.
