Our dynamic team in New York seeks an experienced mid-level associate who will handle complex financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, and recapitalizations, advising clients on legal aspects and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Educational & Bar Admission:
JD Degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to Practice in New York.
Experience:
4+ Years in Leverage Finance: Strong foundational experience required.
Preferred Background: Experience in an AmLaw 100 firm is desirable.

Pay: $310,000.00 – $390,000.00 per year
