Beacon Hill Legal’s client, a national law firm, located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a litigation paralegal for an open-ended contract coverage, with the potential for conversion. The candidate must have 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm, eFiling in Court via NYSCEF and PACER, experience drafting ToC/ToA and using iManage or similar document management platform. The candidate hired must be able to start immediately and commute to their office 5x a week.
Candidates must have recent and substantive cite checking experience and have experience in one of the following practice areas:
Software Litigation
Real Estate Litigation
Business & Commercial Litigation
Employment Litigation
Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights
