JOB DESCRIPTION: CONSTRUCTION DEFECT LITIGATION PARTNER AND SECTION MANAGER
The Houston office of an established successful law firm is actively searching for a partner level attorney to help manage our Construction Defect Litigation Team. We are a diverse group that values team structure, creative thinking, and a respectful work/life balance.
This candidate would ideally have 10 + years of litigation experience in construction litigation. Trial and/or arbitration experience is necessary. Prior management experience and a plus board certification in Construction Defect are a plus.
EDUCATION:
Juris Doctorate degree.
Active member in good standing of the Texas State Bar.
