Were hiring a  Litigation Paralegal  to join a respected and growing business that works with some of the UKs largest retail, banking, and commercial brands. Youll support the legal collections process, helping clients recover debts through the courts while upholding high professional and service standards.
We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal who is detail-oriented individual to join our legal team based in Sheffield . In this role, you will manage a defended caseload via a diary system, assess high-value or complex pre-legal debts for suitability for legal action, and progress cases through small claims, fast track, and multi-track routes. Youll be responsible for drafting pleadings and witness statements, producing court bundles, advising clients on recovery prospects, and managing disputes and enforcement proceedings.
The role also includes work on insolvency actions (bankruptcy/winding-up petitions) and return of goods claims.
As a successful Litigation Paralegal ,you will have:
– A law degree and bring previous experience in legal collections or a   Litigation Paralegal, ideally managing defended caseloads on the Small Claims Track.
Strong communication skills
 written and verbal  are essential, as is confidence in telephone conversations and managing court-related documentation. Youll be tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly, have a

This is a full-time, permanent   Litigation Paralegal role based in Sheffield , working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday.
Salary:
£23,810  £27,000 (dependent on experience) + up to £300 monthly bonus
Contract:
Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
