Litigation Paralegal Jobs in Oviedo, FL at Beers & Gordon
Beers & Gordon, P.A., a well-established Central Florida personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our Oviedo office.
We are looking for a paralegal who understands Florida civil litigation and can independently manage the day-to-day demands of an active litigation caseload. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with personal injury litigation, discovery, depositions, mediation, court deadlines, and trial preparation. Strong knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and litigation deadlines is important.
We are looking for someone who can step into an active litigation practice and contribute immediately. The successful candidate will be someone who takes ownership of their cases, anticipates deadlines, follows through on assignments with limited oversight, and understands the importance of keeping both attorneys and clients informed.
Plaintiff personal injury experience is preferred, although experienced insurance-defense paralegals interested in moving to the plaintiff’s side are encouraged to apply as well as other experienced paralegals looking to move to personal injury practice.
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Benefits and other employment details will be discussed during the interview process. This is a full time, in person position in Oviedo.
