I’m currently working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a fast-paced and highly respected law firm in New York City.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume litigation environments, enjoys managing complex case files, and wants to work closely with attorneys on sophisticated matters from discovery through trial prep.
💰 Salary: Up to $125,000 (depending on experience)
🔹 What they’re looking for:
• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting
• Strong experience with State & Federal court filings
• E-Discovery experience required
• Knowledge of Relativity and CourtAlert highly preferred
• Ability to manage large-volume productions, discovery, and trial prep
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable tracking billable time
🔹 Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and filing pleadings
• Managing discovery and document productions
• Maintaining case databases and litigation materials
• Assisting with depositions, exhibits, privilege logs, and trial prep
• Coordinating with outside vendors and ensuring deadline compliance
• Supporting attorneys with both legal and administrative tasks
