Landlords Lawyer is a legal services partnership located in Radlett, specialising in tenancy evictions throughout the whole of England. We recognise the frustrations and stress caused by a difficult tenant, and provide professional and affordable support for private landlords, letting agents and solicitors firms.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Experienced Paralegal to join our expanding team in Radlett. The successful candidate will work in our defended matters department and must be able to draft witness statements, replies to defences, defences to counterclaims, Compile bundles for court and defendants, deal with directions questionnaires and draft proceedings.. The role will involve working on-site with other team members in a supportive and collaborative environment. All work is on behalf of Erfolg Solicitors who will supervise. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. WE WILL NOT BE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LOOKING FOR THEIR FIRST JOB
Qualifications
Qualified Paralegal with litigation experience
Expert knowledge and experience in landlord and tenant law
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex legal matters to clients in clear and concise terms
The ability to manage a high volume caseload with excellent attention to detail
An understanding of the importance of client confidentiality and maintaining ethical standards
Experience in legal research, drafting legal documents and conducting negotiations
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
