Associate Attorney
Boutique law firm located in downtown Las Vegas is currently accepting applications for immediate hire in the position of Associate Attorney. Client care and considerate communication are paramount to our practice.
The Law Office of Corey B. Beck, P.C. focuses on in-depth and contested matters involving real property, businesses, and money. Practice areas include: Bankruptcy Law, Business Law, Real Estate, and Civil Litigation.Cases are referred to Attorney by other Attorneys and past clients. We are looking to hire an integral member to our Law Firm. Practicing Law and serving the Greater Las Vegas Valley since 1998.
Applicant:
Knowledge of Local Court Rules and Procedures would be very helpful.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting Mr. Beck in drafting complaints, motions, and discovery
Responsible for preparation and attendance of in-person and virtual court hearings
Communicate with Clients regarding information needed by Attorney
Organize work load to comply with deadlines and priorities
Work independently to complete routine functions and prepare routine correspondence, reports, case list, and forms
Prepare clients for their 341 meetings
Document review and timely submission
Attend court appearances with Mr. Beck
Qualifications:
To be considered a qualified applicant by Corey Beck, Esq., you must be a licensed attorney with the State Bar of Nevada
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Legal writing and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Willingness to understand the needs of clients
