Litigation Paralegal needed in our Los Angeles – Century City office. The Paralegal plays a crucial role in supporting the Litigation practice group and boosting attorney efficiency by managing information and aiding in the delivery of legal services, including client interactions. This position demands a proactive attitude to ensure tasks are completed on time, exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

The Paralegal will be expected to track and record their own billable time. Minimum of 5 years’ experience and knowledge of federal, state and local civil procedure is required. E-Discovery experience and knowledge of Relativity is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and finalize pleadings in accordance with applicable State and Federal rules for filing with court.

Assist with document retrieval, reviews, and organization of voluminous production .

Assist with document productions.

Maintain case pleadings, correspondence, and discovery for large volume cases.

Maintain and use document, transcript, and work product databases.

Prepare for depositions, i.e., prep. binders, exhibits, and all other discovery related tasks.

Work with supervising attorney to organize and prepare exhibit lists and/or privilege logs.

Coordinate work with outside document/litigation vendors, including adherence to strict deadlines.

Coordinate and assist with trial preparations, i.e., exhibits, witness binders, and demonstratives.

Assist with case docketing, including court and discovery deadlines.

Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Provide legal and non-legal administrative support to attorneys.
