We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic, fast-paced in-house legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior legal leadership and play a key role in supporting complex litigation matters at a growing, innovative company.

This role will report to the Head of Litigation & IP and partner closely with the Senior Litigation Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of in-house litigation, from pre-litigation through resolution
  • Assist with matter management, including tracking deadlines, filings, and case status
  • Manage document collection, review, and production processes
  • Coordinate and implement litigation holds across the organization
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on discovery and case strategy
  • Maintain organized and accurate case files and databases
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
  • Strong experience with matter management, document management, litigation holds, and discovery (collection and review)
  • Proven ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects independently
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
