Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
Analyze legal issues and prepare legal documents.
Research and interpret statutes, rules, regulations, and case law.
Draft pleadings and motions for court.
Present evidence to a judge or jury during trials or hearings.
Draft or review contracts for clients.
Provide advice to clients about possible courses of action.
Negotiate with opposing parties on behalf of clients.
Experience taking and defending depositions in personal injury and property damage matters preferred. Experience handling coverage and bad faith matters a plus. Excellent writing skills required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
