Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of complex litigation, from case inception through trial
- Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining large volumes of documents
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Coordinate and manage discovery processes, including document review and production
- Support trial preparation, including exhibit organization and coordination with experts and vendors
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience with mass tort or asbestos litigation preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with legal software and document management systems
