Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Albuquerque, NM (Hybrid)
Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Overview:
Our client, a well-respected law firm based in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support their busy legal team. The ideal candidate is sharp, organized, client-facing, and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, discovery documents, and legal correspondence
Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
Manage docketing, calendaring, and case deadlines
Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel
Support attorneys with trial prep, filing, and research
Maintain organized electronic case files
Prepare for and occasionally attend court proceedings
Qualifications:
2–5 years of litigation paralegal experience (law firm experience required)
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Experience with legal software such as Relativity, iManage, Westlaw, and Compulaw (training provided)
Strong written/verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask
Must be able to work under pressure and handle a high workload
Professionalism, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills
