Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file employment & family-based immigration petitions.
Draft legal documents, affidavits, and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and gather case documentation.
Manage case files, track deadlines, and liaise with agencies.
Communicate with clients on case progress.
Qualifications:
1+ years of immigration paralegal experience.
Knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
Strong research, drafting, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Spanish proficiency is a plus.
