Key Responsibilities
Case Management – Oversee all aspects of litigation for auto accident cases, from intake through trial
Legal Research & Drafting – Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial documents
Discovery & Investigation – Assist in gathering and analyzing evidence, drafting interrogatories, and responding to requests
Trial Preparation – Support attorneys in trial prep, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
Client Communication – Maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed and engaged
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of experience in personal injury litigation, specifically auto accident cases
Expertise in case management software (CASEpeer preferred)
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filing processes
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced team environment
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
