Altman & An LLP is a fast-growing Immigration, Real Estate and Banking law firm with office in downtown Flushing, Queens. We are seeking full-time Law Clerks in immigration, real estate and intellectual property. We provide excellent working and learning environment and professional advancement.
Responsibilities
Under attorney’s supervision, draft and prepare immigration petitions/USCIS applications.
As instructed by attorney, conduct legal research on intellectual property, E-Commerce, federal litigation.
Analyze and review real estate contract.
Review purchaser’s title report, review loan documents, prepare closing statement.
Provide clients information on case processing. Update and maintain the case management
Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress to supervising attorney
Qualifications
Bachelor’s required. U.S. law degree required. Another jurisdiction law degree is preferable.
Must be fluent in English and Chinese
Candidates should have strong writing, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Capable of working independently and able to prioritize and multi-task competing projects.

Pay: $4,000.00 – $4,500.00 per month
