The Law Office of Jesus Reyes, PLLC is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and bilingual Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising legal staff, reviewing cases, and working directly with clients to ensure excellent service and successful outcomes. We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to serve as a key team member who will supervise and mentor our legal staff, oversee casework, and provide strategic guidance. This role involves working closely with paralegals, providing legal support and counsel to clients, and maintaining a high level of service and professionalism. As a leader within our firm, the ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about both immigration law and client service. The attorney will also be expected to produce legal briefs, employee evaluations, and oversee the work of our legal staff while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
· Active and valid state bar membership (U.S)
· Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law
· Strong leadership and supervising skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Bilingual (English – Spanish)
· Strong writing and advocacy skills for drafting complex legal documents

Responsibilities
· Oversee and supervise legal staff ensuring quality and timely work.
· Ensure effective team communication and a collaborative working environment.
· Monitor caseloads, delegate tasks, and ensure that cases are managed efficiently and in accordance with firm policies.
· Review, manage, and oversee all aspects of client cases, including applications, petitions, and legal briefs.
· Review casework completed by paralegals, offering feedback and guidance where necessary to maintain high-quality work.
· Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as motions, briefs, and other filings in support of immigration matters.
· Provide legal advice to clients and staff regarding immigration law issues and procedural matters.
· Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the firm’s work.
· Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and provide consistent updates on case progress.
