Job Summary
Busy Personal Injury law firm looking to hire a full-time experienced, detail-oriented paralegal. Candidate must be capable of handling all stages of negligence cases from intake to trial.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain client communication and update client database
Coordinate investigations in-house and with private investigators
Gather, review, and digest client medical records
Communicate with insurance companies and defense counsel
Maintain attorney calendar, schedule appointments, and depositions
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions along with exhibits for service and filing.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have effective time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
