Job Summary
Kessenick Gamma LLP (“KG”) is a boutique healthcare firm that specializes in representing medical groups, technology companies, and other healthcare organizations. We handle a broad range of matters for our clients, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, regulatory compliance, commercial litigation, regulatory compliance and peer review.
KG is seeking an associate with 1-6 years of experience to join our San Francisco office. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, and communication skills. Our ideal candidate would have experience working as a law firm associate, government litigator, or judicial law clerk. No prior healthcare experience is required.
This position is an excellent opportunity to obtain substantive experience in a niche industry practice. As compared to larger firms, KG offers significantly increased responsibility, client contact, and a realistic prospect for partnership.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 – $230,000.00 per year
