Elevate is recruiting an Analyst – Legal Spend to implement legal spend services for our customers. Pacific and Mountain time zones preferred.
Specifically, the Analyst – Legal Spend will
Provide legal bill analysis support.
Review law firm bills to ensure compliance with the customers litigation handling guidelines.
Promote best practice bill submission and review procedures and identify opportunities to improve billing guidelines.
Support customers with analytics, strategy, and reporting.
Help develop best practices, train new team members, and support customers in more advanced management analytics.
Experience
1+ years spend analysis, bill review auditing experience, business analyst, or finance experience.
Prior experience as an attorney, paralegal, legal spend analyst, legal bill auditor, legal bill reviewer, or billing coordinator for a law firm is a plus.

Technical Skills
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience using major eBilling software vendors, including Mitratech, CT Tymetrix, Datacert, Bridgeway, and others.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Compensation
The pay rate for this remote-based role is $55,000-80,000/year based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location. In addition, Elevate offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.
