Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team, specializing in all chapters of bankruptcy law. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of bankruptcy proceedings, strong analytical skills, and a dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings across all chapters, including Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
Draft and file necessary legal documents, including petitions, motions, and pleadings.
Negotiate with creditors, debtors, and other parties to reach favorable settlements.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the bankruptcy process.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.
Proven experience in bankruptcy law, with expertise in multiple chapters.
Strong understanding of bankruptcy code and related regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
