We’re supporting a top 150 national law firm who are looking for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support the team in their Alconbury or Spalding offices. You will work alongside the lead partner to assist with day-to-day duties as well as support with working on a caseload. This role is perfect for somebody looking to progress their career in commercial litigation.
Responsibilities include:
Draft legal documentation, including deeds, letters, and financial statements.
Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with procedures.
Handle client and matter file management, including filing, archiving, and database updates.
Provide administrative support, such as scanning, printing, bundling, and photocopying.
Operate case management systems and manage correspondence via phone, email, and fax.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with Lexcel standards.
Assist with client reception, meeting arrangements, and responding to client queries.
Transcribe digital dictation and support the team with additional tasks as needed.

Some relevant experience with litigation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
