Law firm specializing in employment and business-related litigation, in Reston, Virginia, is in need of litigation paralegal. Ideal candidate will be dedicated and hard-working, fast-thinking and efficient, and possess strong writing skills and the ability to multi-task. Our practice is fast-paced and detail-oriented in federal and state courts in Virginia, DC and Maryland. Bachelor’s degree preferred, with strong references. Litigation experience and familiarity with current legal technology, including electronic court filings is a plus, but is not required. Duties include drafting of pleadings and discovery, working with clients on discovery responses, calculating and tracking deadlines, and litigation and trial support.
