Job Description
Litigation support such as interviewing witnesses, collecting documents, assembling documents and assistance with responding or making discovery requests, drafting of simple pleadings to file with Court such a Complaints and Summons.
Organizing files and case management.
Call clients with status updates on their cases. Review and summarize documents such as medical records. Handling of mail and answering calls.
We are a personal injury firm, so the job also entails reviewing medical records to prepare demand letters.
Most of our cases involving helping clients who are survivors of sexual assault.
