Overview:
We are seeking an on-site experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized Paralegal to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate possesses experience in commercial litigation, will provide project management, departmental planning skills and successfully manage a high workload, complex cases. Our client is a growing, small business that needs someone to provide stability to the leaders within the firm.
Responsibilities:
– Working along with our paralegal team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and daily filing documents.
– Legal proofreading.
– Project coordination, ensuring timely completion and communicating with team members effectively.
– Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
– Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records.
– Manage projects and track projects.
– Provide exceptional customer service and maintain excellent phone etiquette.
– Demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-Maintaining electronic calendar, including internal and court-related deadlines, as well as scheduling Zoom meetings, conference calls, etc.
– Perform other tasks as required.
Experience and qualifications:
– 8+ years of experience as a Paralegal
– Previous experience in commercial litigation, strongly preferred
– Proficient with Microsoft Office.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
