Trueline’s client, a prominent real estate law firm, is seeking a Remote Civil Litigaation Paralegal to join their team in a fully remote capacity. MUST BE ONE WEST COAST BUT THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to high-profile cases while enjoying a flexible work environment. Real estate experience is not required but general civil litigation, trial prep, etc. experience is a must!

What You’ll Do As The Civil Litigation Paralegal
Collaborate with attorneys on case preparation and document organization
Perform in-depth legal research and evidence gathering
Create various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
Oversee case file management and ensure document accuracy
Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties
Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards
Cite checking and conducting legal research
heavy calendaring
Trial prep, including handling large document productions, depo prep and summaries, discovery responses, document drafting, creating trial binders and exhibits, etc.
You’ll Succeed as the Real Estate Paralegal if you Have:
3-5 years of paralegal experience, with a strong background in litigation
Exceptional organizational abilities and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
A commitment to maintaining work-life balance
