Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Litigation Paralegal role at de la Peña & Holiday, LLP. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, pleadings, and motions. Applicants can be from anywhere in California. The job has the flexibility to work remotely, in the office, or a combination of both.
Qualifications
Three or more years as a Litigation Paralegal.
Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills
Legal Research, Pleadings, and Motions experience
Familiarity with legal software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Paralegal certification or equivalent experience
