Our firm represents individuals in disputes arising from their current or past employment, with various claims such as discrimination and retaliation, defamation, business litigation, state claims, grievances, and other employment-related claims.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Litigation Paralegal at Cromer Babb & Porter, LLC. The paralegal will be responsible for preparing and drafting legal documents, communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials, e-filing documents in state, federal, and appellate courts, organizing and maintaining attorneys’ calendars and caseloads, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF tools is essential
Experience using legal case management software
Prior work experience as a paralegal strongly preferred
Proven to be reliable, professional, and a team player
Problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach
