The Opportunity:
The Project Manager will guide the attorneys and staff on the use of litigation technologies and best practices to deliver accurate, and defensible work product relating to discovery and trial preparation. They will collaborate with other litigation support professionals on the LIMO team and help shape new processes and workflows to promote efficiency and accuracy.
The Day-To-Day:
On any given day, you will:
Provides resource support in project management services to case teams during the discovery phase of litigation.
Consults with case teams on the appropriate use of technologies.
Provides accurate information for the creation of budgets.
Trains attorneys and staff on the use of litigation support tools and technologies.
Reviews and reports on the progress of document processing, review, and production.
Prepares evidentiary documents for review and ensure that the correct specifications are adhered to.
Leverages the ability to think creatively to solve unique challenges.
Analyzes workflows for process improvement and efficiency opportunities.
Markets the department within the firm to attorneys and staff.
Participates in team calls to discuss goals and objectives.
You Have:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
3-5 years of experience in electronic discovery project management at a law firm or litigation technology service provider.
A thorough understanding of the EDRM and the use of technology in support thereof.
Experience with Relativity or similar document review and production platform.
Knowledge of Firm operation, policies and procedures.
Demonstrates analytical skills.
Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems.
Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrates close attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
Demonstrates a commitment to quality of finished product.
Ability to problem solve.

Location Specific Language:
The salary range for this role is $155,000 to $160,000 annually, which is based on a 40 hour work week. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington, DC. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
