About the Company – Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with the Atlanta office of a national law firm in their search for a Real Estate Paralegal.
About the Role – The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
At least three years of Commercial Real Estate paralegal experience in either a law firm or corporate setting with experience assisting in various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including documentation, due diligence, closing and post-closing activities for acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, development, and construction projects.
Experience reviewing surveys, title commitments, preparing objection letters, managing interactions with title companies, UCC filings, zoning reports and other due diligence.
Experience with coordination of and assistance with closings, including review and/or preparation of conveyance documents, closing statements, transfer tax forms, and escrow release documentation.

Required Skills

Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail.
