Competitive Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $125,000 to $150,000 for a 1-year associate
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 1 year of civil defense litigation experience with pre-complaint investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing law and motion, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation.
Skills: Strong legal research, written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills and skills to develop and implement efficient strategies to resolve claims against our clients.
Motivation: A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong project management skills.
Licensing: You must currently be in good standing with the California State Bar. J.D. required.
