Position: Â Litigation Legal Secretary (5+ years)
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, has an immediate opening for a Litigation Legal Secretary in our Phoenix office. Ideal candidates should have experience working in a fast-paced defense firm and five or more years of experience as a legal secretary in a law firm. This is a full-time position. Hybrid remote and in office available for highly qualified candidates.

Qualifications
Candidates must be familiar with Arizona State and Federal rules of civil procedure and e-filing in those jurisdictions (New Mexico experience a plus).
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Docketing/calendaring experience required. Familiarity with calendaring program Milana is a plus but not required.
Candidates must have excellent analytical and written communication skills and be a team player that looks for solutions.

Salary Range $55,000 – $70,000 DOE
