Growing AV Rated Boutique Miami Firm specializing in high end commercial litigation is seeking a legal assistant who is an expert in CLIO/e-filing/calendaring.
We are a mostly remote firm. We have an office in Miami Beach and you must be willing to come in to the office for our monthly meeting and then for any big projects (flexibility to come in anywhere between 5-10 days a month if needed but could be just once a month)
We need someone who can do a quick turnaround on getting cases e-filed and calendared as soon as emails come in. We prefer someone who has worked at a commercial litigation firm.
There is the ability to gain more responsibilities and grow into a paralegal as well.
E-filing on CLIO is a MUST
Living within driving distance to Miami Beach is a MUST
Helping prepare for trials is a PLUS
The firm pays for employee health.
This is a great opportunity for a litigation legal assistant who would love more remote flexibility.
