About the role
PT Richeese Kuliner Indonesia, a leading food and beverage company, is seeking a talented Legal Litigation Asst. Manager to join our dynamic team in Bandung, West Java. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in managing our legal disputes and ensuring the company’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
What you’ll be doing
Providing legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on litigation matters
Actively managing a portfolio of legal cases, including research, case preparation, and representation in court
Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements and other legal documents
Collaborating with external legal counsel to ensure the effective resolution of disputes
Monitoring and reporting on the progress of legal proceedings
Assisting in the development and implementation of litigation strategies
Ensuring the company’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Mentoring and supervising junior members of the legal team
What we’re looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in legal litigation and dispute resolution, preferably in the food and beverage industry
Thorough understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to the food and beverage industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in legal research, case preparation, and court representation
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
