LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team.
This position is hybrid – one day remote.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys with litigation support
- Drafting and filing legal documents
- Managing calendars
- Maintaining files
- Handling ECF filings and Rule 9A matters
- Corresponding with clients
- Tracking deadlines and calendaring
- Sending out bills and statements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recent litigation legal assistant experience
- Strong MS Office knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Great time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $87,000-$92,000 per year, depending on relevant experience.
Benefit offerings include health insurance (covered by firm), dental, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
Pay Details: $87,000.00 to $92,000.00 per year
