Position Overview:
As a Litigation Legal assistant, you will support our litigation attorneys through various stages of case management. This role is your gateway to professional growth in a nurturing yet challenging environment, offering ample opportunities to refine your skills and advance within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting correspondence, scheduling, pleadings, and legal documents
Maintain and organize electronic case files
Support client communication, addressing concerns and ensuring they are well-informed
Coordinate discovery responses and manage case-related deadlines
Qualifications:
2-4 years of litigation assistant experience in personal injury law firm is a MUST
Proficient in MS Office and case management software
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Spanish Bilingual skillset a plus
