Job Description

Our client, a prestigious full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced legal assistant to join their Denver office. This role provides the opportunity to excel in a flexible hybrid work environment through a supportive mentorship program and play a critical role in high-level commercial litigation matters within a collaborative culture.

As an essential part of the team, you will support partners and associates in commercial litigation matters, with a primary focus on construction defect cases. This position requires a proactive professional with exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of litigation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and proofreading legal documents.

Managing case files.

E-filing in state and federal courts.

Coordinating schedules for meetings, depositions, and hearings.

Handling client communications.

Assisting with trial preparation.

Ensuring compliance with court procedures and firm standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of legal administrative experience in commercial litigation from a mid to large-sized law firm, a strong understanding of state and federal court rules, procedures, and e-filing systems and requirements, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
