LITIGATION LEGAL ASSISTANT
Connect Staffing seeks Legal Assistant candidates with litigation experience for an opportunity with a top Atlanta law firm. This legal assistant will provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to a group of attorneys and paralegals.

Duties:
Create, edit, transcribe, and maintain legal documents
Sort and distribute mail
Enter and review attorney time
File documents electronically and physically
Prepare and track expense reports
Schedule appointments, depositions, conference rooms, etc.
Assist with preparing conflicts checks and other reports
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
3+ years of administrative or legal internship experience
Prior legal assistant/secretary experience in a law firm environment is a plus
Familiarity with general litigation processes
Strong administrative skills
Excellent technology skills and experience with legal software
Professional communication skills
