LITIGATION INTAKE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Summary
Our Litigation Intake Associate Attorney will deliver stellar client service on behalf of Thomas J. Henry Law while adhering to the highest ethical standards of the legal profession. Responsibilities include signing up new clients, developing assigned matters, analyzing legal issues, reviewing demands, negotiating on behalf of clients, initial litigation, resolving matters, and disbursing client funds.
Preferred
Education
And Experience
JD; must be licensed in Texas and in good standing
0-3 Years Personal Injury experience
Must have valid TX driver license and good driving record
Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
