Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage diverse litigation files and cases
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, and other legal materials
• Attend court and tribunal sessions for various cases

• Engage with clients to address their concerns and needs
Requirements:
• Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of BC
• Experience or strong desire to work in civil litigation
