Simmons and Hanbury are partnering with a leading international Hedge Fund in their search for a Counsel to join their New York legal team.
The role will be broad and a great opportunity to join a leading player in the funds space, gaining new experience and exposure to a broad legal position. Responsibilities will include.
- Supporting the legal team with trading related documentation.
- Working across US regulatory frameworks (CFTC, SEC etc) with relation to the fund.
- Providing broad legal support for new offices, products and cross border work.
- Commercial agreements, NDAs, internal agreements.
- Supporting the Compliance team
