This role is perfect for an experienced legal professional with a strong litigation background and at least five years post-call experience. You will manage litigation cases from initial assessment to resolution, working closely with external counsel and advising organizational leaders. Your insights will help shape legal policies and effective communication strategies throughout the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage litigation cases and strategy development
• Collaborate with external counsel for effective resolutions
• Draft concise emails and legal documents
• Analyze complex legal issues and develop solutions
• Write briefs on regulatory and compliance matters
Requirements:
• Minimum five years post-call litigation experience
• In-house experience considered an asset
• Tax and accounting knowledge a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• French language ability is an asset
