Position: Contract Litigation Counsel Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a full caseload of litigation files
• Provide timely advice and representation on legal matters
• Attend court appearances, mediations, and negotiations
• Draft pleadings and settlement documentation
• Participate in team meetings and presentations
Requirements:
• Law Degree and membership in relevant law society
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Reliability Status security clearance required
• Knowledge of life and health insurance products
• Strong communication and organizational skills
