About youTo succeed in this role, you will need:3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defence, accident benefits, or personal injury
Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing
Strong verbal, written, and drafting skills
Excellent interpersonal skills reflected in client management and

About the role
If hired, you will:
Manage litigation cases: legal research, drafting pleadings, and court representation
Prepare legal documents: briefs, motions, and correspondence
Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in legal research and drafting
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Adapt and find solutions to unforeseen challenges
Manage clients and practice with
professionalism
and commitment to client service
Uphold legal ethics and professional conduct in all activities
