TITLE: PARALEGAL – LITIGATION
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience assisting attorneys with corporate and business litigation, with a strong preference to work collaboratively as a “business partner” and not just an admin. As a Litigation Paralegal at Firm X, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, collaborate with talented colleagues, and make a meaningful impact on our clients’ legal needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
Accurate review of all notices received/motions that come in, accurate follow-up on all tasks
Management of trial calendars, helping to keep attorneys on deadline
Accurate and thorough document management and retention
Efficient prioritization of tasks when working with multiple attorneys and administrative support personnel
Qualifications:
Four (4+) years of professional Paralegal experience at a law firm.
Experience filing within electronic court system
Experience drafting notices & subpoenas, drafting responses to discovery
Proven track record of success in supporting complex litigation cases.
Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, or related field
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program – preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,526.00 – $71,982.00 per year
