Goldman & Associates Law Firm is seeking a motivated Michigan Litigation Attorney to join our high-performing team. What You Will Do:
- Draft motions, briefs, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
- Manage hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Provide strategic case evaluation and clear client communication
- Handle a varied caseload with precision, organization, and timeliness
What You Bring:
- Active Michigan Bar License (required)
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience
- Strong courtroom advocacy and legal writing skills
- Ability to work remotely while fulfilling in-person court obligations
- Professionalism, critical thinking, and a proactive approach
Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
